.. some wonderful research shared here on both adult and childhood picky eating. One point I *really liked and wanted to keep archived here is the little idea that has big payoffs that she suggests ..which is to just have a tiny little nibble of a food each meal that is a "required taste" I really like this for a few reasons ..if it is the only new thing a child will ever taste while the rest of the meal is all comfortably the same ..the child will still be getting those all important new taste experiences with alot less pressure than if two or three things on a plate are not appreciated. Also if on the days for our family that we do not do a four course meal this is a great option ...for example most Saturdays we just have pasta bolognese and I often think ahhh not much variety tonight ..but if I add a tiny little square or circle of something like a snap pea or squash in the corner of the dish to nibble on it could just be a little taste addition.
And one more link I just started up an Instagram account here too! not all food related more of an account to include food and daily play activities.
